ARTICLE 1 Definition

 

This policy refers to the infrastructure developed by CFLOU (websites, mobile applications etc) in accordance with computer or mobile formats usable on the Internet, including data of various kinds, and in particular text, sound, still or animated images, videos and databases, intended for consultation and accessible at the following address https://www.eyesreality.com or on our mobile applications.

ARTICLE 2 Scope of application

 

CFLOU is active in the presentation and promotion of products related to visual impairment. The purpose of this policy is to inform Data Subjects of the manner in which their personal data is collected and processed by CFLOU.

ARTICLE 3 Identity of the data controller

 

Personal data is collected by CFLOU, a SAS company with variable capital, registered in the SAVERNE Trade and Companies Register under number B 791 932 080, having its registered office at 112 RUE PRINCIPALE 67440 SCHWENHEIM, represented by Olivier Dellabe , in his capacity as Chairman and Founder.

ARTICLE 4 Processing of personal data

 

CFLOU undertakes to protect the privacy of its users in compliance with the regulations in force and in particular the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended and the European Data Protection Regulation 2016/679.

Goals

CFLOU collects data about you. This data is processed in accordance with the purposes for which it was collected, i.e. :

  • Managing access to and use of certain Services;
  • To manage requests on the site and the mobile applications;
  • Sending newsletters, solicitations and promotional messages on condition that the User ticks the box expressing his/her acceptance, provided for this purpose, when registering for the Services;
  • To compile statistics and measure the number of visitors to the Services;

Collected data

 

When Data is collected, the User will be informed whether certain Data is mandatory or optional. The Data identified by an asterisk on the registration form is mandatory. Failure to do so will prevent the User from accessing and using the Services.

CFLOU may also collect personal data for other purposes, taking care to obtain the prior consent of the persons concerned in accordance with Articles 6 and 7 of the RGPD.

In particular, CFLOU may collect the following data:

  • Identity :

surname, first names, address, telephone number (fixed or mobile), fax number, e-mail address, date of birth, internal processing code enabling the customer to be identified (this internal processing code is distinct from the registration number in the national register for the identification of natural persons, the social security number and the bank card number);

  • Data relating to means of payment :

postal or bank details, transaction number, cheque number, credit card number;

  • Data relating to the commercial relationship :

documentation requests, trial requests, product purchased, service or subscription taken out, quantity, amount, frequency, delivery address, purchase history, product returns, origin of the sale (salesperson, representative) or order, correspondence with the customer and after-sales service;

  • Invoice payment data :

terms of payment, discounts granted, information on loans taken out (amount and term, name of lender), receipts, outstanding payments, reminders, balances, etc;

  • Contact details :

messages sent to the site via the contact forms (“Ideas or suggestions”) and any correspondence that may be sent to us.

  • Recipients of the data collected

The database created when registering for the Services is strictly confidential. CFLOU undertakes to take all the necessary precautions and appropriate organisational and technical measures to preserve the security, integrity and confidentiality of the Data and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorised third parties.

  • Data transferred to public authorities and/or bodies

In accordance with the regulations in force, Data may be transmitted to the competent authorities upon request, and in particular to public bodies, exclusively to meet legal obligations, court officers, legal agents and bodies responsible for debt recovery.

  • Data transferred to third parties

With the express prior consent of the User, the Data may be used by CFLOU, its subcontractors, its affiliates and/or its commercial partners.

  • Shelf life

The data is kept for 38 months.

[Ex: Data processed as part of canvassing operations with your consent may not be kept for more than 36 months after the last contact from you or in the event of your objection. In the case of an online purchase, the data is archived for 5 years after the end of the service. ARTICLE 5 Rights of Data Subjects

 

Data subjects are reminded that they have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of their personal data, except in cases where the processing is in response to a legal obligation. These rights may be exercised, in accordance with law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, amended on 6 August 2004, by providing proof of identity and a legitimate reason:

CFLOU undertakes to ensure that the data collected is kept in a form that enables the Data Subjects to be identified for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is collected and processed.

 

ARTICLE 6 TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

 

The data collected by CFLOU is used exclusively by CFLOU and is not transferred outside the European Union.

CFLOU implements all the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the personal data collected and processed.

ARTICLE 8 Cookies

The length of time cookies are kept varies depending on the type of cookie. Most of our cookies are self-destructing once the connection has been terminated.
